Our first digital International Alumni*ae Talk took place on 25 April 2024 - in a small group and with a valuable exchange of experiences.
From 18:00 to 19:00, former international students met virtually to exchange ideas and make new contacts. The highlight of the evening was the inspiring presentation by Alejandro Mesa Heredia, a former Master's student in aerospace engineering. Alejandro spoke enthusiastically about his journey from TU Braunschweig to his dream job at Lufthansa Technik AG. He gave a particularly impressive account of the moments and decisions that led him to his success.
After his presentation, there was plenty of time for questions and feedback. Participants took the opportunity to share their own experiences and take away Aleksandro's advice for their own careers. The open dialogue created a dynamic and motivating atmosphere.
The event also provided an opportunity to discuss both professional successes and challenges. This strengthened the sense of community and encouraged mutual support among the alumni.
We would like to thank all participants. The evening was an inspiring time full of valuable conversations and new connections - we are already looking forward to the next event!
