Together with three alumni*ae and three current students of TU Braunschweig, the Alumni & Career Services visited Radio Okerwelle. The visit was organised by Luisa Goldgräbe, Deutschlandstipendium Officer at TU Braunschweig, who had already talked to interested Deutschlandstipendium holders at Radio Okerwelle last year about the application process, the admission criteria and the opportunities offered by the Germany Scholarship. The group was welcomed by Sabine Stegner from the Radio Okerwelle office and Claudia Sonntag, media educator at Okerwelle, who helped the group to create their programme and gave them an insight into the work of the regional radio station.
After a brief introduction, the group worked in different tandems (current students and alumni*ae) to talk about their own time at TU Braunschweig, their job (prospects) after graduation, their ties to the region and the central alumni network at TU Braunschweig.
