Fields of work

The Mobility Office advises and supports TU Braunschweig students and staff in planning and implementing stays abroad in Europe and overseas. Our tasks also include the application and selection process for these mobilities. In addition, we are responsible for the application and admission process of international exchange students and advise and support this group on site in Braunschweig. Another topic of our team is the strategic development and expansion of international university cooperations and partnerships.

Fields of work

The Counselling and Admissions team in the Incoming Office is responsible for international Bachelor's and Master's students who are completing a full degree programme at TU Braunschweig. We advise on topics such as aliens law/residence titles, student financing or social concerns. In addition, we help prospective international students with questions about the application process and university admission and carry out the application and admission process for this group.

Fields of work

The Language Centre is our competence centre for university-related foreign language acquisition. It contributes to the internationalisation of all members of TU Braunschweig with its language learning offers and intercultural measures. With its courses and projects in the area of German as a foreign language, which prepare students for and accompany their studies, it makes an important contribution to ensuring the success of their studies and the integration of international students, academics and staff.

Fields of work

The team's task is to set up and carry out projects and offers that are of particular importance for TU Braunschweig within the framework of its internationalisation strategy and that increase the attractiveness of TU Braunschweig as an international university. The team is currently responsible for the implementation of the following strategic internationalisation projects:

Its tasks also include identifying new needs and developments in the field of internationalisation and actively supporting the further development of the International House's existing offers. Furthermore, the team is responsible for the internal and external communication of the strategic internationalisation projects and the offers of the International House.
