The International House supports members of TU Braunschweig in intercultural learning. Today, intercultural skills are indispensable elements of qualification for the international job and research market. They also help to ensure the success of studies and integration into the university and society. Internationality includes not only professional expertise and networking, but also knowledge of cultural differences and similarities. By "culture" we also explicitly mean subject, teaching and learning cultures. At the International House of TU Braunschweig you will find a number of initiatives and programmes that make interculturality tangible. Special synergy effects can arise when intercultural and language skills are trained together.
