TU Braunschweig enables and promotes international top-level research. Our strategic goal is to significantly increase the proportion of international researchers at our university by 2030. In this context, a high service quality in the onboarding process and in the support of international researchers play an important role. Together with you as host institutes, the team of the Welcome Support for International Researchers would like to improve these processes continuously.
We support you
Our aim is to provide administrative support to host institutes and research institutions, from the researchers' arrival to their departure. Please contact us at an early stage if you know that international researchers are coming to your institute or institution. We will support you with all questions and challenges.
Depending on whether international researchers will be employed at TU Braunschweig, whether they will come to you as scholarship holders with their own funding , different administrative procedures have to be gone through, which we explain on the following pages.
