Main Interests

everything that is not boring
and whereof one can speak
and thereof one hasn’t to be silent
;-)

I try to understand how behaviour is selected by its consequences for the organism, which are mediated by the effects of behaviour on the environment, and thus adapts to specific contexts. I am interested in behavioural adaptations at all levels (overt, verbal, covered) that result from natural selection, operant selection or social discourse and their significance for individual, social and societal/cultural behaviour.
