I am Ali Nemati Giv. I’ve obtained my BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering (Solid Mechanics) and MSc degree in Aerospace Engineering (Aeronautical Structures) in Septembers 2013 and 2014, respectively, from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Iran University of Science and Technology, Tehran, Iran. In between, during MSc education, I’ve also participated in training courses for being ready as a maintenance engineer to work on the civil aircraft powerplant and airframes. After achieving Aircraft Maintenance License from Civil Aviation Organization of Iran, I’ve worked as a novice maintenance engineer in Iran Air Airline. From 2019 up until now, I was welcomed as a PhD student in the Department of Organic and Wooden Based Materials, Institute of Building Materials, Concrete Construction and Fire Safety, Technical University of Braunschweig. The objective of my research project is to cope with fundamental research on the long-term performance of adhesively bonded TCC hybrid materials and structures at multi-scale scales, i.e. micro, meso and macro scales. This project needs to be investigated the following specifications by collaboration of FNR junior research group: 1- the microstructure and micro-mechanisms and adhesion behavior of timber-adhesive-fiber and timberadhesive-concrete systems under long-term environmental load conditions 2- long-term performance of adhesively bonded FRP-timber and timber-concrete systems under mechanical and environmental load conditions.
