At the TU Braunschweig, we combine the digitization of administrative processes with organizational development, accompanied by structured change management. Central and decentralized organizational units cooperate in the implementation of digitization projects, including all stakeholder groups. The administration of the TU Braunschweig relies on the use of lead systems, which are adapted according to need.
In the spirit of Work 4.0, digitization contributes to making work and study organization more flexible. The goals are, in particular, to increase process quality as well as work, customer and service satisfaction. By reducing paper and using servers wisely, digitization is also oriented toward sustainability. In addition, we view digitization with a sense of proportion, because for us it is not an end in itself, but must serve our goals. We will strive for the highest possible level of digitization in a benefit-oriented manner.
