It also presents female role models who encourage women to choose a STEM degree programme, as well as women who hold management positions in science and business. The "Networks" section shows which career-promoting organisations exist for women in technology and science. It also provides information on networks in the field of STEM education programmes and career as well as study guidance in STEM.
President Prof Dr Angela Ittel writes about the "power of networks" in the "Spotlight" section of the TU Braunschweig magazine. She describes the importance of networks in science and science management. Together with the Equal Opportunities Office, Professor Ittel has founded a network for female professors at TU Braunschweig and she explains plans for further networks.
