The Global Teachers for a Sustainable Future Program is an innovative intercultural and virtual experience designed to foster global competence among education students. This transformative learning journey will equip future teachers with the knowledge, skills, and cross-cultural perspectives needed to teach in a globally interconnected world.

Please note that this is a 6-week intensive online course running from October 23rd to November 27th, 2025. The course consists of asynchronous, self-organized work phases as well as four live sessions (90 minutes), taking place from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on the following dates: 

Live Session 1: 23.10.25

Live Session 2: 30.10.25 

Live Session 3: 13.11.25

Live Session 4: 27.11.25

The course will be offered as part of the following study programmes/modules:

  • 2-Subject-Bachelor: Profilmodul 3: Bildung für nachhaltige Entwicklung
  • Master of Education: Modul M1 “Teaching English”
