Practical Course: Scientific Computing

Practical Course (Praktikum) Scientific Computing (simulation of fluid dynamics)

In this practical course the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations are discretised via Finite-Differences and Explicit Euler method. To solve the resulting linear system several methods are considered, Multigrid methods also. Another main focus is on the visualisation of the solutions. The required programs shall be implemented in MATLAB.
