Long, concentrated sitting is part of our everyday lives, both in the office and when working on the move. Consequences are often tension, headaches and fatigue. Even a short program can help to prevent these consequences.
The BreakExpress of 15 minutes consists a variation of mobilization, strengthening and stretching exercises and is specially adapted to desk-based activities. Above all, the shoulder, neck and back areas are mobilized, trained and relaxed. Guided by fitness trainers, the BreakExpress takes place in person at several locations on campus and also continues to be offered as an online format.
