What you can expect?
The FMS (Functional Movement Screen) is a test procedure designed to identify strengths and weaknesses in basic movement patterns. Movement and strength deficits can lead to compensatory movements by the body. The result is unphysiological stress, an increased risk of injury, and overall reduced performance.
This test is suitable for individuals who are not experiencing any acute musculoskeletal complaints. The FMS is not intended to diagnose or predict sports injuries.
