TU Braunschweig operates programmes adapted for female students that will be enhanced and complemented by the SE2A Cluster.
Tailored careers – group coaching. Female students develop expertise for their professional career guided by a coach. This programme is operated by the University’s Equal Opportunity Office. It seeks to identify favourable aspects of career paths, providing means of improving own skills, and open new perspectives and prospects for jobs.
Start science. Female student assistants participate in the Cluster research, leading to their master`s theses. They will be invited to participate in Group Coaching, see above. The programme seeks to increase the pool of qualified female graduates who can become doctoral researchers. [More]
International Female Programme - International master’s projects. SE2A offers master`s thesis projects to applicants worldwide. Successful female applicants receive a contract as student research assistant that covers the cost of living in Germany (Programme is in preparation). [More]
