This workshop focuses on how you as a dance couple can move in a more coordinated manner and use your whole body instead of just performing steps. This also improves leading and following. You can participate individually or in pairs, but the latter is more effective and therefore recommended by us.
We will practice the technique together in the slow fox, with different levels of difficulty so that everyone can train at their own level. Since the slow fox is only covered in the F2 course, a simple sequence will be explained in detail
In this workshop, you will learn various techniques for self-defense against physically superior attackers. Realistic scenarios will enable you to apply what you have learned under pressure and stress. Sign up here!

Learn to dance to Latin American music, in pairs and in groups. The course content includes musicality, movement, and body coordination. Expand your dance repertoire with targeted exercises and clever combinations of basic elements. If you are still unsure or don't have a dance partner yet, you can easily check out the course at the introductory event, ask questions, and look for a suitable partner. It's even free! On October 22, 2025, just in time for the start of the winter semester, we invite you to the TU sports hall on Beethovenstraße. Starting at 6:00 p.m., you can spike, dig, and socialize together.
You don't need your own team, as we will reassign players after each set. The game will be played in mixed teams of six according to official volleyball rules. The winners of each round will receive a mark on their personal name card. Those with the most marks at the end will receive various prizes.
All you need to bring is your sportswear (including clean sneakers) and a good mood!

On November 6, 2025, the dodgeball tournament will take place in the TU sports hall on Beethovenstraße. Starting at 6:00 p.m., you can compete against each other in changing teams and play dodgeball according to the classic rules, just like in school.
