• The lecture imparts knowledge for the planning and design of energy-efficient production systems in terms of sustainable development
• Holistic consideration of production systems including machinery and plant technology as well as technical building equipment (TGA) and the building envelope
• Interdisciplinary problem-solving approaches and methods for increasing energy efficiency in production
• High practical content and many demonstration objects due to the inclusion of the IWF's learning factory
• Lecture-accompanying team project "Example of the battery process chain"
• In addition to the lecture, a laboratory is organized to deepen the learning content, in which the students work on practical methods of visualization and simulation of energy flows in production.
