Water - Wastewater - Environment

These are our topics: For Bachelor and Master students we offer classes on drinking water supply and treatment, collection and drainage of wastewater and rainfall as well as wastewater and sludge treatment. The important issue of wastewater recycling and water reuse, nutrient recovery and mass flow balances as well as questions of environmental protection are also treated in our student lectures.

Our research and development work focusses on innovative processes for optimizing advanced wastewater treatment as well as future-orientated approaches for sludge treatmment and disposal. A special research interest lies in the development of new ideas and solutions for nutient recovery and water reuse.

According to the principle "Reduce-Reuse-Recycle", we are dedicated to sustainable environmental protection in our research work.
