Procurement and Contracting

Department 39 is a service department for all other departments of the Facilities Management Division. Department 39 handles all contracting for construction services, architectural and engineering services as well as other supplies and services required in Division 3.

Unlike Department 22 with its central procurement, Department 39 does not provide services for the university's other facilities.
