Financial and Administrative Facilities Management

Department 38 manages the entire budget of Division 3 and is responsible for controlling and accounting, including personnel cost controlling.

The Department is responsible for the procurement of supplies for the university's central administration, including copiers, office supplies and equipment, tools, as well as official vehicles for Division 3.

In addition, the Department handles rental agreements and is responsible for the Division's construction management software.
