Subdivision 3.1 provides infrastructural services and is responsible for the distribution and controlling of all budgets for Division 3, including personnel cost controlling and rental and leasing matters. The area of ​​procurement and contracting is not only responsible for procuring business supplies for the entire central administration but also for all procurement and contracting procedures of Division 3 in accordance with VOB/A, UVgO, VgV and for contracts with freelance professionals, such as architects and engineers.
