The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering actively promotes equal opportunities and is committed to the compatibility of family and career within the framework of "Family-friendly University". The following initiatives represent our concept on gender, diversity and family:
Since June 2007, TU Braunschweig is carrying the certificate "Family-friendly University" from berufundfamilie GmbH, an initiative of the non-profit Hertie Foundation. What does this mean for employees and students? In recent years, the TU has developed and implemented numerous measures to realize a family-conscious personnel policy and family-friendly study and working conditions. The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering was actively involved in this process and works closely with Family Office of TU Braunschweig.
If you have any questions regarding the "Family-friendly University", please contact the Head Office of the Faculty by e-mail.
