The Steering Committee Strategic Equal Opportunity - Equality Diversity Family strengthens the integration of equality at management level as well as the participation of faculties and the administration of TU Braunschweig.
The Commission for Equality supports, advises and elects the central Equal Opportunity Officer at TU Braunschweig.
The central Equal Opportunity Officer attends all meetings of the TU Braunschweig‘s Presidential Board as an advisor. She also acts as a regular advisor in all central committees.
The decentralised Equal Opportunity Officers are represented in the faculty councils as advisors.
The central Equal Opportunity Officer (for the staff units and the central administration) or the decentralised Equal Opportunity Officers (for the faculties and the university library) must be involved in all personnel measures.
