Presidential Lecture

Ina Schaefer, former Professor of Software and Automotive Engineering at the Technical University of Braunschweig, now Head of the Institute for Information Security and Reliability (KASTEL) at KIT (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology), will speak on the topic on Thursday, 3 April 2025 at 5:30 pm:

Sind wir bald da? Warum die schöne neue Welt der Robotaxis weiter weg ist als gedacht...
(Translation: Are we there soon? Why the brave new world of robotaxis is further away than expected ...)

The event will take place in the auditorium of the Haus der Wissenschaft (Pockelstraße 11) and is free of charge.

The next lecture in our Alumni in the Spotlight series will take place on 8 May 2025 from 6.30 pm:

Merle Schmidt-Brunn from Hamburger Hochbahn will speak on the topic of the mobility transition in concrete terms: The role of public transport in Hamburg's sustainable development and in autonomous driving.

The event will take place in lecture theatre SN 19.1 in the old building of TU Braunschweig.
