Recently, the number of students with health impairments that make studying difficult has risen sharply. The results of the third nationwide survey of students with health impairments best3 show an increase in the number of affected students from 11% in 2016 to 16% in 2021.
Given this, we want to present and discuss possibilities and solutions for equal opportunities for the affected group, while taking into account the current legal and conceptual basis for dealing with compensation for disadvantages.
