What: “We often block our own view of what is important to us out of fear of making the wrong decisions, the idea that we are not yet good enough, concern about the reactions of others or fear of our own unpleasant feelings. In this group, based on the approach of acceptance and commitment therapy, you will learn to go your own way despite inhibiting thoughts and feelings.”
