Based on the mission statement for the central administration of TU Braunschweig, we regularly review our positioning and adapt our actions to constantly changing requirements. To achieve this, a constructive culture of error is essential.

Quality management for the central administration is the responsibility of the Internal Auditing and Organisational Development staff unit.
In 2019 and 2023, "Surveys on the service of the central administration of TU Braunschweig" (service survey) were carried out, which will be understood as part of a quality management concept in the future.
