The "Guideline on Language and Diversity" provides an overview of linguistic diversity, explains the gender-sensitive and gender-inclusive use of language, offers orientation and gives concrete tips for clever gendering in different situations.

The digital tool D1RECTIONS provides first-semester students with important information, small exciting tasks and self-reflexive support when making career decisions between dropping out and academic success.
