Seven representatives of aviation industry and one of the Ministry of Sciences and Culture of Lower Saxony are members of the advisory board. Its task is to harmonise the general research strategy of the centre with interests and research and development strategies of both aviation industry as well as of Lower Saxony as a federal state. Thus a bridging between research, industry, technology transfer and application of technology is achieved by the activities of the advisory board.
