Welcome to our agile world: We work with Scrum, an agile framework that helps us implement complex projects efficiently, collaboratively, and flexibly.
Central to this are three pillars: transparency, inspection, and adaptation. These principles foster communication and exchange, allow us to deliver and reflect on results quickly and regularly, and ensure that we can respond flexibly to changes.
In practice, we work with clearly defined roles: the Scrum Master, who supports the team as an agile coach in applying Scrum and removing obstacles; the Product Owner, who represents the vision of the product, communicates with stakeholders, and prioritizes requirements; and the Developers, who use their expertise and skills to build the product, called increments.
Our work process is dynamic and iterative: Within a sprint (usually two to four weeks), we continuously develop new increments.
At the beginning, we hold a Planning meeting where we jointly set a sprint goal and define associated tasks. During the sprint, we come together for a brief stand-up meeting, called the Daily. At the end of the sprint, we present the completed increment to our stakeholders in a review and work together on potential next steps.
In the following retrospective, we reflect on the past sprint and identify areas for improvement. This ensures that we are constantly growing and becoming more efficient.
An important aspect of our agile way of working is customer centricity.
Their requirements and expectations are at the core of what we do.
We want to actively involve you in our processes and hear your ideas and wishes.
Your feedback is crucial to us so that the developed increments are truly valuable for you. We look forward to exchanging ideas with you.
Would you like advice or information on media didactics, media technology, or digital tools? You can reach our experts via our central email adress.
