The exam consists of four parts: 1-Short questions that test the theoretical understanding of the lecture content; 2-Application of Bernoulli's equation; 3-Application of the momentum theorem; 4-Viscous flows.
We will not be able to give any advice as to which type of problem you should prepare for.
Posting of the results:
The results are made available electronically directly to the faculty. Your result can then be queried electronically via the usual web interface with the faculty.
Exam inspection:
We will offer a general virtual exam viewing online. The date for this is Monday, April 07, 2025 at 13:00. You can join the event via this link: https://webconf.tu-bs.de/and-zz4-p2c
A personal inspection will take place after the general inspection, in presence in the H003 lecture hall in Hermann-Blenk-Str. 37. The date for this is Wednesday, April 09, 2025 from 4 pm. Registration for this personal inspection is required by sending an email to Dr. Bauknecht.
Oral supplementary examinations:
Supplementary oral examinations are held at the Institute of Fluid Mechanics. The date will be arranged with the students.
In the winter semester, organizational details will be announced in the lecture and via Stud.IP. If you are planning to take the exam, please register for the course in Stud.IP.
In the winter semester, the exam is usually held as a written exam. If the cohort is exceptionally small, it will be an oral examination.
