Subdivision 3.2 Facilities Engineering provides all facilities engineering services, i.e. operation and maintenance of all facilities and technical equipment of TU Braunschweig. Furthermore, it ensures the supply of energy and water (heating, electricity, gas and water). Within the university, Subdivision 3.2 carries out all necessary construction activities in its area of responsibility and supports the University Building Management (UBM) with planning and construction services for all building measures.
