We are regularly looking for mentors who would like to accompany a student of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering on a voluntary basis and in an advisory capacity.
You stay in touch with the university, keep up to date with the latest research and are invited to the alumni meetings of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering which take place every semester.
As a mentor you will be involved in voluntary work. You meet with your mentee approximately once a month for the period of one semester. The content of these meetings is determined by all participants themselves – depending on their needs and requirements. An exchange is possible in personal meetings or via web-based means of communication, a variant that offers the greatest possible flexibility in terms of time and place.
In addition, three network evenings (kick-off meeting, final meeting together with AlumnING., as well as a network evening), to which all participants are invited, complement the One-on-One-support.
If you can imagine working as a mentor, please fill in the profile sheet for mentors as detailed as possible. We would like to thank you in advance for your willingness to advise and support our mentees. For further information please contact the mentoring team of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.
