Sub Project 1: Coordination and Communication

The main objective of SP 1 (Leichtweiß-Institute, TU Braunschweig) is the professional and administrative coordination of the research network and the organization of communication between stakeholders and the interested public in Viet Nam. We pay special attention to the successful content-related and methodological cross-linkage of the sub projects and towards the vietnamese partners. The SP 1 coordinates also the monitoring program in the research focus of Management-Systems. Due to its involvement in the implementation of the scientific activities of the cooperative research programme, an efficient project coordination is ensured.

Overarching objectives are:

  • Training Activities for Young Academics from Partner Countries
