The aim of the programme is to support young female academics in their academic careers and prepare them for the academic selection process. The centrepiece of the programme is one-to-one mentoring: experienced professors and heads of academic institutions act as mentors and provide advice for one year. In addition, the programme offers supporting events such as network meetings and qualification workshops tailored to the needs of the participants.
The programme is aimed at young female researchers at TU Braunschweig. Applications are open to female doctoral and postdoctoral researchers who are aiming for an academic career, as well as female junior professors.

The programme ended in 05/2024. The possibility of extending the programme is currently being examined.
