Since the 2017/18 winter semester, "Tailored Career" has been offering group coaching for female students studying engineering or natural sciences at TU Braunschweig.
With a maximum of 5 other female students from a STEM subject, you will learn important skills for your professional development. For two semesters, you will be supported by an experienced coach, with whom you will jointly define objectives and topics at the beginning. The programme is limited to 12 places.
You will benefit from the exchange with your fellow students, give each other feedback and support each other in your personal and career-related questions. You will learn to think in a networked way and to communicate in a goal-orientated manner.
Parallel to the coaching, you will train important key competences relevant to your job in two full-day workshops.
