After a short round of introductions, the various methods of multi-project management are explained to the participants, followed by practical exercises to apply what they have learned, including role plays and concrete exercises with tips for practical implementation.
Regular feedback rounds encourage participants to deepen their understanding and develop practical solutions for typical challenges in the multi-project environment. The workshop ends with a networking round for an extensive exchange of ideas.

Florian Schuldt studied industrial engineering at the TU Braunschweig in the Bachelor's and Master's programs. Since 2021, he has been working as a research assistant and project manager with doctoral intentions at FIR at RWTH Aachen University in the field of service management. In addition to his work as a project manager, he has been a quality management officer and information security management officer at FIR since 2022.
