The course “Introduction to Innovation Management” provides in-depth knowledge and application-oriented skills for identifying and developing innovative growth opportunities. Students explore different perspectives on opportunity recognition, from business-related to environmental approaches. They learn about proven methodologies and apply them systematically, including in the context of the design thinking process. In doing so, they also reflect on the use of artificial intelligence to generate and evaluate technological opportunities. These skills ideally prepare students for career opportunities in corporate development, innovation management, and strategy consulting.
