Interns

While you are still at school, you can carry out the orientation internships for pupils of general education schools (secondary school, secondary modern schools, comprehensive school and grammar school) as a trainee at the TU Braunschweig within the framework of the available capacities.

The responsibility for the allocation of internship places lies with the respective contact persons of the institutes, departments, divisions:

• Internship in crafts PDF-document

Applications should therefore be sent in writing to the respective departments (please enclose school certificate).

We offer free compulsory internships, which are prescribed by study or examination regulations, for professional reorientation within the framework of further education or retraining or as part of an apprenticeship.

The following types of schools and professions are among those covered:

• Technical schools (e.g. FS Health and Social Affairs, FS Curative Education)
• Vocational schools (e.g. BFS Ergotherapy, BFS Elderly Care, BFS Social Care, BFS Home Economics)
• Technical colleges (e.g. FOS Technology, FOS Economy and Administration, FOS Health and Social Affairs, FOS Computer Science)
• Educational institutions (e.g. Teutloff, DAAD etc.)
• Vocational training according to the Vocational Training Law (BBIG)
• Vocational further education and training supported by the employment agency
• Universities
