Course Portfolio

[Translate to English:]

The Information Literacy Department offers a wide range of courses on various aspects of scientific work in a variety of formats. Our target groups include students, doctoral candidates, lecturers, technical and administrative staff at the TU as well as high school students.

Formats range from individual appointments and workshops to term-accompanying seminars. We run these in close cooperation with various faculties and departments, such as Computer Science, Biology, English Studies, Educational Sciences, Mechanical Engineering and Architecture.

In addition to regular open courses, for which any TU member can register spontaneously, we also offer selected courses in English.

Please take a look at the drop-down menu below to see if there is the right course or a suitable option for you. Our services range from targeted topical support for your course to individually tailored courses: This involves close professional collaboration based on your needs. In a personal meeting, we will develop a tailor-made concept to complement your curriculum.

The Information Literacy Department provides professional training in the following areas:

We also gladly advise you, for example, on the creation of guidelines for academic work or other questions on this topic.

We look forward to your inquiry.

School

The University Library is not only open to members of the TU: school students can also visit and use the University Library during opening hours. If you are a teacher with a group of more than 10 students and would like to come to the University Library to have library cards issued, please make an appointment in advance at ub-leihstelle(at)tu-braunschweig.de.

We also offer the opportunity to get to know the University Library via an online course. The most important key data and services as well as an introduction to the catalog make it easier to get started using the University Library.
