Presence use of special collections

Manuscripts and autographs, historical children's books and other works of special value, especially those older than 100 years, are excluded from use outside the library.

They may only be used in designated rooms of the library after the submission of a declaration of commitment Loan Receipt for presence special collections.

National socialist, Neo-Nazi, ideological-racist and other anti-democratic literature is also excluded from use outside the library. Moreover, it may only be used within the library by persons of full age after signing the above-mentioned declaration of commitment, supplemented by a declaration of compliance with the relevant provisions of the Criminal Code and the Protection of Minors Act.
