Closure on 6.2.25

The Study Service Centre will be closed all day on 6.2.25. The following consultation hours will take place, please note the room changes:

  • Consultation hours of the Academic Advice Service, 10-12, Haus der Wissenschaft, Pockelsstraße 11, Room 249, 2nd floor
  • Consultation hours of the International House, Incoming Office, 10-12, Bültenweg 74, Room 36A

The Student Office and the Study Service Call will not be available on 5 and 6.2.25 due to an internal event. The office hours of the Student Office and the Study Service Call will be cancelled.

Our current opening hours

Monday-Friday: 10 a.m.‒12 p.m. and
Tuesday and Thursday afternoons 2 p.m.‒4 p.m.
There are no opening hours in the afternoon before public holidays.

Initial Contact by Telephone

The Study Service Call is available for initial information by telephone regarding application, studies and enrollment at +49 531 391 4321 during the following times:

Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m.‒4 p.m.

Friday and before public holidays: 9 a.m.‒1 p.m.

Available services

Student Office:

  • Daily TUcard, exmatriculations, leaves of absence, special forms and certificates, name change/change notification, student finance advice

International House:

  • Initial counselling: Mon and Wed 10 a.m.-12 p.m. and Tues and Thurs 2-4 p.m.
    Please note: Consultation hours Tue and Thu 2-4pm will be cancelled until the end of January 2025
  • Incoming Students: Tues and Thurs 10 a.m.-12 p.m.
  • Exchange Students: Mon and Wed 10 a.m.-12 p.m.
  • Erasmus+: Wed 10 a.m.-12 p.m.
  • Initial counselling for study abroad & internship abroad: Tues 2-4 p.m.

Academic Advice Service:

  • Tues. 2-4 p.m., Wed. and Thurs. 10 a.m.-12 p.m. open advisory service

Social counselling:

  • Tue and Thu 10 a.m.-12 p.m. and Tue 2- 4 p.m. and by appointment

Counselling for students with disabilities and/or chronic diseases (BeSt):

  • Tue 10 a.m.–12 p.m., individual appointments by arrangement

Employment Agency:

  • Wednesdays 10 a.m.-12 p.m., every 1st Wednesday of the month

Students@work:

  • Thurs 2 p.m.-4 p.m.
