The Impulsfonds is intended to support researchers at TU Braunschweig in advancing their scientific research and innovative ideas, gaining new insights, collaborating across disciplines and making significant progress in their respective disciplines. The various funding lines therefore offer researchers the opportunity to take risks, pursue new approaches and develop creative solutions to complex scientific problems. They are primarily intended to serve as a basis to enable scientists at TU Braunschweig to obtain financial support for larger research ideas and applications.
Parallel to this, funding lines have also been developed to promote international mobility, scientific independence and interdisciplinary networking in the early scientific career phase. By promoting innovation and excellence, the funding lines of the Impulsfonds are intended to make a significant contribution to shaping the future of research and advancing scientific development in order to generate greater visibility for new research ideas.
