Scientific Researcher
Since September 2014, I have been working as a research associate at the TU Braunschweig in the Department of Hydrology and River Basin Management at the Leichtweiß Institute of Hydraulic Engineering in research and teaching.
After working on projects related to dam management in the Harz region (HarzMod) and in the Drini area of the Balkans (DRINMOD), as well as on the reuse of mining sites for energy and water storage (EWAZ), I am currently investigating the interactions between North Sea water levels and inland flooding in the Eider-Treene system in the project "Eider - Kettentiden".
