On 23.05. from 17.30 clock starts our campaign at the Reallabor Hagenmarkt.
In addition to interesting information booths and hands-on activities, there will be a lecture titled '[we want to] KNOW MORE: Sexism Critical University - Introduction and Possibilities of Prevention' starting at 6pm. The university is a social space in which social problems and taboo topics are reflected - including sexism and sexualized violence. Laura Chlebos, sociologist at the Ruhr-Uni Bochum and project coordinator of the campaign "Unser Campus" (Our Campus), will introduce the topic with a special focus on the situation of students at German universities.
Türkân Deniz-Roggenbuck from kulturton will lead through the evening.

When does sexualized violence start? At the groper on the dance floor, at the sexist joke in the lecture, at the forwarding of nude photos or when I am persuaded to have sex? Sexualized violence starts where it ends for you. In the workshop, we will explore our own boundaries, dispel myths, and learn about support options. In doing so, we want to overcome insecurities and break taboos!
The workshop will take place at BRICS, Rebenring 56, 38106 Braunschweig, seminar room 2 (046).

Interactive lecture by Prof. Dr. Nivedita Prasad (Alice Salomon University of Applied Sciences Berlin).
Even if we know theoretically that gender-specific violence occurs in all milieus, countries, age groups, etc., it can be observed that violence - when it happens in certain constellations - is also explained, discussed and partly treated with racist patterns. The aim of the lecture is to uncover these patterns by way of example and to stimulate reflection.

Even though we know theoretically that gender-based violence in all milieus,
Social media, online conferences, chatting with colleagues or fellow students - digital spaces have become an integral part of studies, work and life. So are experiences with digital gender-based violence, which may not affect every single one of us, but affect us all.
In the first part of the lecture, the different phenomena that can represent digital gender violence will be classified. We will focus on the questions of where digital gender-based violence comes from and what its goals are. In the second part, we will explore the question of what practical tools and legal options are available to victims and civil society actors in the fight against digital gender-based violence, and what needs to be taken into account in particular.

Consensus in sex means consensuality. Which means, that all participants agree equally and at all times with everything that happens between them. And in such a way that they consciously and actively consent. Sounds sexy, doesn't it? This workshop will be about sharing how consensus can be established in sex and relationships, how we can communicate our own needs, and what consensus has to do with power relationships.

Perfectly female and perfectly male - Barbie and Ken. Met for the first time in the nursery, in teenage years not only as hit faithful companions, they often determine our ideas about masculinity(ies) and femininity(ies) until today. In the workshop, we will look at our own images and prejudices in relation to gender and work together to develop options for action and strategies for dealing with (everyday) sexism. Barbie and Ken are not made of plastic for nothing, so they are not real!

At least one in four employees has already experienced sexualized violence, harassment and discrimination at work. Among female students, one in two reports having experienced sexual harassment in the university context. In education and employment, we often have particular dependency relationships and hierarchical structures that need to be challenged.
In the workshop, we will discuss what these are, what is meant by sexual harassment at the workplace and in education, who is affected by it, and who perpetrates this violence. We will also discuss the causes and consequences, the legal situation and how those affected can react to this form of violence in the respective situation.
