The central VPN service of the TU Braunschweig enables every member of the TU Braunschweig to use certain networks and services of the TU Braunschweig also mobile from on the road and from home via "Virtual Private Network" (VPN). The aim of the VPN service is to enable you to access internal resources by providing an IP address from the TU network. The Gauß-IT-Zentrum provides you with the necessary software together with the corresponding configuration. The software Cisco AnyConnect integrates seamlessly into the central VPN infrastructure of the TU Braunschweig. It is available for several operating systems in the same or very similar form and integrates different VPN protocols in addition to various access profiles at the same time.
