The area along the Oker between the high-rise building on Mühlenpfordtstraße and the student house is a main connection between various facilities on the central campus of TU Braunschweig and is characterised by rubbish containers, car parks and other infrastructure. Due to its proximity to the river, the area has great potential to become a place to linger and meet. A spatial vision for this is to be developed as part of the stegreif project.
