Registration for language courses in the summer semester 2025

Students of TU Braunschweig, HBK students, and staff members of TU Braunschweig can register for the language courses in the summer semester starting from 31 March. Please note: From the summer semester onwards, the booking for language courses will be done through Stud.IP!

From the summer semester 2025, the Language Centre will switch to the Stud.IP platform for booking language courses. The previous booking platform AURA will be switched off on 31 March 2025. This changeover will result in the following changes:

  • Due to the switch to Stud.IP, language course certificates can only be downloaded via AURA until 31 March 2025. After this date, downloading is no longer possible and the certificates cannot be created retrospectively.

  • External persons will not be able to book language courses in the summer semester 2025 due to the switch to Stud.IP. This regulation only applies to the summer semester 2025.

Further information regarding the booking of language courses for the summer semester 2025:

  • The registration period for all language courses in the summer semester 2025 will start on 31 March. Registration will be open until 27 April, or until all available places have been filled.
  • All language courses for the summer semester will commence from 22 April.
  • Information about the placement tests will be announced at a later date.
  • Details about the courses and their schedules are expected to be available on Stud.IP from the end of February 2025.
