Online-Workshop: Being more relaxed in uni-life with mindfulness and self-compassion

How does stress manifest itself in body and mind and how can you look after yourself in stressful times? In the courses of the Studierendenwerk, students learn more about mindfulness and self-compassion during their studies.

In the four-week workshop course, participants learn about mindfulness and self-compassion practices. They also receive further strategies and tools to find out which ones suit their lifestyle best. 

During the course period, the meetings take place online once a week for one hour. The groups consist of five to a maximum of fifteen participants. Participation in the first online session is mandatory in order to take part in the course.

The course is held in English and is particularly aimed at international students, but is open to all students who can communicate in English. 

Please ensure that you are able to attend regularly to get the most out of this course.
