Searching for a student research project, Bachelor or Masters thesis?
If you are in search of a student research project, a Bachelor or Masters thesis, you are welcome to check out our student thesis page. InES comprises of an international blend of researchers and we would be willing to supervise and accept a thesis written solely in the English language.
Even if the topic is described in German language it is usually possible to write a thesis in English. If you are interested in any of the topics advertised on the student thesis page, feel free to contact the supervisor for more information.
Credit points for lectures which were taken abroad for example during an ERASMUS exchange semester can be recognized at TU Braunschweig. If you are a regular student of TU Braunschweig and one of the subjects you have taken abroad belongs to the field of expertise of the InES, please send us the official form from the International Office (“Äquivalenznachweis”) in order to get the credit points recognized here. In addition to the name of the university where you took the lectures, please also send a link to the course description of the respective lectures of the university abroad as well as a link to the equivalent course at TU Braunschweig and explain the content and the workload of both lectures.
The MoRe advises and accompanies international scientists at the TU Braunschweig, at major research institutions and companies in the region. Moreover it offers support to its international guests with regards to all questions in/of the everyday life - beginning from the arrival, the apartment-hunting and the necessary walk to public authorities up to the search of an appropriate kindergarden or school. In addition the MoRe verifies international master degrees for the permission to the promotion and for the employment within the TU Braunschweig (according to the rules of the central office for foreign education system).
You can have a look at the following webpage for more detailed information.
Masters students of the faculty of mechanical engineering now have the opportunity to graduate with two separate degrees without the extension of their study duration. This is facilitated by the dual degree program that is hosted by the TU Braunschweig in cooperation with the University of Rhode Island (USA). This is an exciting avenue to gain international and intercultural exposure.
