A company’s innovation capability is mainly determined by internal process structures and available know how. A constant and systematic evolution of know how as well as the search for future areas of evolutionary activities are important prerequisites for keeping and further expanding this capability for innovation.
Limited personnel and time resources and missing awareness of problems, the above mentioned aspect is often neglected. This is where Synfonie steps in and links partners from different environments. The aim of the innovation network is to identify potential for innovation and, thus, to guarantee high innovation capability to companies.
Synfonie’s approach is to enable companies to reflect and extend their methodical and technological knowledge. Therefore, a network of partners from both industry and research is established. Within this network, company specific as well as general fields of innovation are identified and measures to raise the efficiency of internal process structures and to build up strategies for collaboration are derived.
The aim and approach of Synfonie can be described by the following three tasks:
You want to become a partner, to discuss current challenges, to expand your knowledge on the methodical development and innovations as well as to develop concrete solution approaches?

Building a regional network from both research and industry and moderating the exchange of needs and knowledge, have led to a solid platform for initial collaborations and discussions on current topics within the BMBF-funded project Synfonie of the TU Braunschweig. With formats like “camp fires“ and innovation workshops, potentials were identified, for example in the fields of strategic planning of products and services, design thinking, user centered design, digitalisation as well as process and knowledge management.
