Our PhD student Dennis Kreith was awarded the Walter-Kertz Study Award on June 27, 2022. Dedicated to Walter Kertz, the founder of the Institute of Geophysics and Extraterrestrial Physics, the study award honors excellent results of scientific work at the interface between physics and electrical engineering and information technology. The Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Physics recognizes this year's awardee for his Master's thesis entitled "Modeling of Membrane Polarization Considering the Stern Layer".
